You can archive and delete process orders with archiving object PRORDER . Archiving process orders is part of the general reorganization procedure for orders. Reorganizing orders is divided into the following steps in the SAP System: Activating the deletion flag in the order.

From the Basic Data view in the Change work center screen choose Work center Delete. From the Basic Data view in the Change work center screen choose Extras Status Deletion flag.
Process orders cannot be deleted. You can set system status to the order as deleted when its no longer needed.
Activities Choose the item that is to be deleted. Choose Edit Additional Functions Delete Item, or select column G (deleted). This marks the item for deletion. Although the item still appears in the list, it can no longer be changed. Post the change.
