Yes, you can ask for your personal data to be deleted when, for example, the data the company holds on you is no longer needed or when your data has been used unlawfully.
Traditional hotels, booked directly Traditional hotels usually provide you what is called a hotel folio on checkout. This will contain the name of the hotel, check in and check out dates (and usually times), a full itemized list of expenses, the payment method, and the total.
I find that hotels in the United States belonging to the major hotel groups have no issues emailing folios. They seem to actually come automatically at check-out, without even needing to ask for them. However, outside the United States it seems to be a different story. Emailing a hotel folio shouldnt be complicated!
Best Ways to Get an Itemized Receipt And since many hotels no longer require a formal, in-person check-out, its tempting to skip a long line at the front desk and just head out. In that case, you can just give the hotel a call later and request the itemized receipt via email.
Hotels do have credit policy or payment post check-out wherein , they shall send the bills or invoice to the address for settlement. And most often they are done by e-mails . Physical copies would be sent if requested for filling purpose.
The lodging was not paid directly to the hotel, and, therefore, they generally are not able to provide a receipt at checkout. However, the hotel should be able to provide you with some sort of proof-of-stay. The traveler should request something from the hotel to indicate they stayed there.
