- About a year ago, you may remember that I first signed up for DeleteMe, a service that claims to scour the internet for my personal information and make removal requests on my behalf. Now, that Ive had time to see how it works, to interact with the company, and monitor my publicly available data, I wanna give you an update on what I think and suggestions on what you can do. And to make this as useful as possible, I wanna show you around my DeleteMe dashboard, give you a peek at some of the reports that Ive been given, and then answer five questions that I get all the time about using DeleteMe. (gentle upbeat music) Well, lets start by taking a look at my DeleteMe dashboard. This is what I see when I first log in. Youre gonna see, were gonna look at my last report in a little bit. Deleting ticket fields In Admin Center, click Objects and rules in the sidebar, then select Tickets Fields. Click the Inactive tab. Hover over the row of the field you want to edit, then click the option menu icon ( ) and select Edit. Click the option menu icon ( ) at the top of the page, then select Delete.
The agent being removed remains the assignee of closed tickets. If open tickets arent reassigned before the agent is removed, then the tickets are reassigned to the admin removing the agent.
Granting agent permission to delete and recover deleted tickets depends on your Zendesk plan: If you dont have an Enterprise plan, you grant permission globally, to all agents. On Enterprise plans, you do not set ticket deletion and redaction permission globally for all agents.
Remove tickets from the helpdesk by selecting the Delete ticket(s) option in the Actions menu, either from within an individual ticket or a ticket filter. Within a ticket filter, tick the checkboxes in front of the tickets you want to delete and then open the Actions menu.
Optional: Delete your event. Go to Manage my Events. Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Events. Select your event. Choose Unpublish event from the event status dropdown. Choose OK to confirm. Optional: Delete your event.
Open each ticket and select the Ticket options arrow in the upper right, then select Delete. You cant delete closed tickets in bulk in a view. However, an administrator can use the API to delete closed tickets in bulk. See Bulk deleting tickets in the REST API guide.
To delete a ticket Open the ticket that you want to delete. Click the Ticket options menu in the upper right, then select Delete. Click OK to confirm that you want to delete the ticket.
To open the Deleted tickets view Click the Views icon ( ) in the sidebar, then click Deleted tickets in the Views list. The deleted tickets appear in the main window.
