Manage storage on your device On your Android device, open the Google One app . At the bottom, tap Storage. Free up storage space. Select the category you want to manage. Select the files you want to remove. To sort files, at the top, tap Filter . After you select your files, at the top, tap Delete .
The process is fairly simple: First, select the first section of text you want as you usually do. Then, press down on the Control key (Ctrl) if you are using Windows PC or the Command key (⌘) if you are using a Mac, and continue selecting the other sections that you want to select.
To delete your Google Drive files, move them to the trash. Files in trash will be automatically deleted after 30 days. You can restore files from your trash before the 30-day time window. You can also permanently delete them to empty your trash.
Selecting multiple text sections is extremely simple: select the first bit of text however you would normally, then press either the Command (⌘) or Control key, depending on whether youre using a Mac or Windows machine. Keep holding it down, and select the other bits of text you want.
To select multiple files press on as many files as you want to select and check marks will appear over all of the selected files. OR you press the More options menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen and press Select.

In most cases, it may be because there are shared collaboration folders in the files you deleted, and these files may reappear after deletion. Besides, if you directly delete a certain folder, the files under that folder may not be deleted, they still exist in Google Drive.
Clear Data From Cells To do this: Select the cells you want to clear. Open the Edit menu. Select Delete Values and the cells will be cleared of data.
