In this tutorial, we will cover how to delete, restore, and merge customer accounts, using "applicant" and "customer" interchangeably. To resolve duplicate accounts, first open and compare both accounts. If one has significant information like ratings, quotes, and policies while the other lacks any pertinent data, it’s advisable to delete the less informative account. To delete, navigate to the duplicate account, go to the details tab, scroll to the bottom, and click the trashcan icon. Confirm by clicking delete in the pop-up. If you accidentally delete an account, you can restore it by hovering over the applicants icon and performing a search for applicants.
