If you want to delete the condition record from the database, that needs to be set in the condition type. If you open any of the condition types you can see a clolumn Delete from database, system delete the condition record based on the value set here.
First remove the condition table from the access sequence. Then goto that condition table, which you want to delete and under the condition tab click on Delete. You should be able to delete that table. Now you can also create new table again.
2. Delete Condition records with set as with popup/without popup in condition type Filter condition record lines. Select any lines in the result. Click Delete button, then choose Delete. The condition record lines are deleted in app (also delete from DB).
There are two possible procedures for deleting conditions. There is either immediate deletion or a deletion flag for archiving at a later date. You enter the type of deletion that should be proposed during condition maintenance into Customizing for a condition type, .
Go in to your condition record. Highlight the condition line item and press Delete button from lower area.
Go to VK12, select the line item which is marked for deletion and click on blue lens on top left. Now under the tab Control, you will see the field Deletion indicator as editable. Untick and save.
To edit a custom field On the Sell sidebar, click the Settings ( ) icon. Navigate to Customize Leads or Customize Contacts, then click either Customize Prospects and Customers, or Customize Deals. In your list of custom fields, click Edit for the fields you want to change.
Choose Conditions General Conditions (or the respective condition type) Edit and specify the condition area and condition category. The system displays the condition overview. Place your cursor on the item and choose the Select Item button. Select the entry and choose the Delete button.
