How to Delete Conditional Fields in the 12 Month Income Statement

The "Standard Income 12 Period" report in Sage 50 provides a monthly breakdown of the current fiscal year, from period 1 to period 12. However, it lacks an option to select a specific date range, restricting users to only view the current period. To analyze past periods, users must change the current period to an earlier date, as there is no option for closed years. A workaround allows users to create a custom financial statement: by saving the current report under a new name, such as "My Income 12 Period," users can access and name their modified report for easier reference. This customization enables viewing of the desired financial data effectively.
