when deleting an organizational unit in Windows Server 2000 19 or 16 or anything older than that youve got to set it up so you can delete it by looking at the hidden permissions so if I just right click on this oh you and choose delete and Im going to click yes its gonna say sorry but you dont have sufficient privileges to delete it so what Ive got to do is right-click and go to properties I want to go to properties I dont see all the different tabs I need in order to make it so its not protected so Ive got to go up to view and then go to advanced features and now I see a whole lot more stuff but you can just ignore everything else what we want to do is go back to our oh you that we want to delete go to properties once again and this time we can go to where it says object and that tab was missing before uncheck protect object and click apply and okay now when I go back into faculty I can right click and I can choose to delete it and I wont get any errors and now its gone
