I have covered several videos on comments please check out this playlist for that and lets get started Now take a look at this worksheet here I have several Comments lets say I have two visible comments here in cell a2 and in cell E15 okay so I want to remove all the comments from this worksheet how I can do that Im going to click on find Select and click on go to you can access this by pressing F5 and when you get this go to pop up box select special and please select the comments and click OK now you can see the cell with comments has already been selected okay now right-click on any of this cell and click on delete comment and you can see both of the comment has been deleted so in this way if you have a thousand comments in a worksheet you can delete them its that easy this is what I wanted to show you in

People with Owner or Admin sharing permissions can delete any comment or comment thread, which will also delete the attached file. Anyone with access to the sheet will be able to view, download, or print files attached to comments. Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.
In case you want to remove comments from the entire worksheet, follow the below steps: Click on the gray triangle at the top-left of the Excel application. This will select the entire worksheet (or you can use Control + A + A) Click the Home tab. In the Editing group, click on Clear. Click on Clear Comments.
Select all rows of your sheet (using Shift + Left Mouse click) from first row to last row. Right Click to Copy all Rows (or Ctrl+C) Go to Row 1, and select that row. Right Click and Paste (or Ctrl+V)
If you need to delete the note, right-click the cell and choose Delete Comment. If youre using Excel for Office 365, right-click the cell and choose Delete Note.
You may also press Ctrl + A + A to select the worksheet. Next, click on the Home tab to open a new drop-down menu. Select Editing from this menu and click Clear to open up a further menu. Finally, choose Clear Comments from this menu to clear all worksheet comments.
Tap the post containing the comment. Tap More. Select Edit. Make your changes and then tap Update.
To delete a single comment in the document, right-click the comment, and choose Delete Comment.
Tip: At the bottom of any comment window, you can also click Open all comments. You can find comments and their location in a Google Sheet. On your computer, open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. On the comment you want to edit or delete, click More . Click Edit or Delete.
