hello and in this video we are going to learn how to delete all comments at once in a word document so very often we could create a document and then the draft will be floating around for a while to get feedback from legal marketing salespeople and etc and then it could bounce back to us with lots of comments in it now we cant send this file with all the comments to our customer or partner this is an internal file so we need to remove all the comments before setting up externally now removing one comment is quite easy we just need to right click on the comment and then click delete comment but if there are a lot of comments in the document we could have to manually delete them one by one what we want is to delete all the comments at once can we do that well the good news is yes just click on the review tab click delete and select delete all comments in document and thats it all the comments are now gone and the document is good to go so happy learning a

To add or remove a partner from LLP, the consent of other partners must be obtained, which is followed by a change in the LLP Agreement and application to MCA to approve the changes. The application to MCA must be filed within 30 days of effective date of the change.
LLP can change the LLP Agreement by filing Form 3 (Information with regard to Limited Liability Partnership Agreement and changes, if any, made therein). However, in case change in LLP agreement is due to change in partners/ designated partner, Form 4 has to be filed along with Form 3.
(1) Every limited liability partnership shall have at least two designated partners who are individuals and at least one of them shall be a resident in India: Provided that in case of a limited liability partnership in which all the partners are bodies corporate or in which one or more partners are individuals and
If the LLP needs to increase the capital contribution of the partners, then it should file and submit Form 3 to the Registrar. The LLP is required to pay the difference amount between the fees payable increased slab and the fees paid on proceeding slab.
