leaving comments on a document is one of the ways that we can communicate with our peers when reviewing a document in this video we will be looking at on how to add delete and resolve comments in microsoft word [Music] here we have a document that we are reviewing with our peers and as you may notice on the right hand side of the document there is an extended panel whereby we can see the comments of peers right um when you hover your mouse you can actually see their name as well as the date as to when the comment was left and the comment in itself right so if you see a hierarchy or comments that means someone is actually replied to it but how did they create the comments theres actually two ways on how we can create a comment one is we can either use right click and then coming from the results of the right click we can click on new comment or two we can go to the review menu on the group of comments you can see there is a button for new comment either of those two would actually work
