Maintenance Notification Run program RIARCQMV via SE38 transaction and enter in the Maintenance Plan. Then execute program RIARCQMA via SE38 transaction, which will create a file. Execute program RIARCQMD, and select the session from above step 2, after executing which will delete the Maintenance Notification.
Select the item in the overview screen that you want to delete and choose Delete item (button under the table containing the items). The system prompts you to confirm the deletion. 3. Save your changes.
Process orders cannot be deleted. You can set system status to the order as deleted when its no longer needed.
Use T-code: CO13. Enter the order number and click the tick mark at the top of the screen. You will be prompted to confirm the action.
Enter the Work Order ID and select the Work Order from the second search dropdown. The Work Order details are shown. To delete a Work Order record, select Permanently Delete Entry from the Take Action menu. Select Yes on the confirmation popup window.
Go to Work Orders tab. Select Work Order to delete. Click 3 dots (⋮) in top right corner next to Edit. Click Delete. Click OK to confirm.
Procedure Highlight a work order you want to edit on the main Work Order list pane. The work order details are displayed in the details tab. Tap the Edit icon. The Edit Work Order screen displays. Fill out or edit all fields using either the drop-down menus or the on-screen keyboard. Tap Done to complete your changes.
