all right so in this video lets use some check boxes to delete rows so what im going to do here for this data im just going to add another column on the left and just add some check boxes here ill go under data validation check box and reject any other input save and i dont need this first one so ill just clear that so at this point i want to be able to just go in here and check whichever rows i need deleted from my data and run my script and take care of that so one thing you need to keep in mind when youre dealing with deleting rows is that you have to be careful if i just do a duplicate the way you go about deleting rows because usually when you delete rows youre gonna delete them by using the row number lets just go through a basic example lets say you just wanted to delete this empty rows so that would be c8 and then 10 and then 12 right so the tricky part here between these three numbers is how you go about deleting those rows if you star

To add either a check box or an option button, youll need the Developer tab on your Ribbon. Notes: To enable the Developer tab, follow these instructions: In Excel 2010 and subsequent versions, click File Options Customize Ribbon , select the Developer check box, and click OK.
Go to the developer tab in the Excel interface. If you dont have it, you must right-click on any area of the ribbon and select customize the ribbon. Within the Excel Options box, you must mark the developer option and save the changes.
In order to make a check box in Excel, you need to go to Developer Tab --- Controls --- Insert --- Form Controls --- Check Box. Now, click on the cell where you want to place the checkbox; you can position the checkbox by dragging it.
