Deleting Custom Document Types Go to the Documents section from either the Dashboard or Tasks page. In the pop-up model, under Document Type, click into the field to view the drop down menu. Click Delete next to the custom document you wish to delete.
Select the check boxes next to the results you want to remove from MyChart 4. Click Unrelease All 5. Click Accept. Follow up with the patient about the result by phone.
Go to Patients Patient List or enter a patients name or chart ID in the Search field in the top right. In the Patient List, click on the chart ID of the patient you would like to make inactive. Once in the patients chart, select the Important tab and go to Status and select Inactive or Inactive - Deceased.
