While in Google Drive, on the left side menu select Trash. Check to ensure all files inside the list are those you want to completely remove. On the upper portion of the file list, click Empty Trash to permanently delete all items in the list.

Another issue that can cause a blank page you can't delete is when you or another user inserted a page break into the page. You can clear this by ensuring a page break starts a new page, which will let you delete the blank page. To update this section setting, select the Layout menu and select Margins in the ribbon.
In most cases, it may be because there are shared collaboration folders in the files you deleted, and these files may reappear after deletion. Besides, if you directly delete a certain folder, the files under that folder may not be deleted, they still exist in Google Drive.
Right-click a cell in a table from the row or column you want to delete. From the menu, choose Delete column, Delete row, or Delete table.
