A roommate who isn't on the landlord-tenant lease agreement has a rental agreement with the legal tenant which isn't covered by the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). This means that the responsibility will generally fall on you to evict your roommate – they are your subtenant.

Use a scraper or putty knife to gently scrape away any leftover paper or paste from the wall. To avoid damaging the drywall, carefully slide the scraper between the paper and the drywall and lift the excess wallpaper off. As you work, remove as much glue with the scraper as possible as well.
Landlords cannot ask you personal questions that interfere with your rights under the Ontario Human Rights Code. Therefore, questions about age, disability, place of origin, religion, family status, sexual orientation, gender expression and other Human Rights grounds are not allowed.
The landlord must always be satisfied that the disclosure is lawful and that the person requesting the information has a reasonable need for it. A landlord must record instances where disclosure has occurred. Tenants have a right to ask who their information has been disclosed to.
