Hi Im Andrew from Clios Learning team In this video I will be walking you through how to delete or void a bill in Clio. After watching this video you will be able to delete a bill in draft and void an approved bill. When you generate a bill into draft you can delete this bill by selecting delete from the actions drop-down menu or when viewing the bill selecting delete from the more actions drop-down menu located at the top-right corner of the screen. Once a bill has been approved you can no longer delete the bill but rather choose void from the actions column or similarly choosing void from the more actions menu when viewing the approved bill. If any payments have been applied to this approved bill you would need to first delete these payments before voiding the bill. It is important to note that deleting or voiding a bill does not delete any of the time entries or expenses on this bill, it simply moves them back to the billable client state.
