okay so to delete an attribute that you have accidentally applied to a model or controls you would do the following first off we select our object that has the attributes that we do not want then we go find the attribute that we created so I created it an attribute a test attribute here you are going to select that attribute in the channels box then go to the channels menu and go to edit delete attributes and that should delete your attribute
