hey folks um today i thought i would show you how to change the attachments on the theragun uh prime uh the reason i wanted to make this video is because i had a really hard time figuring this out and i was afraid i was gonna break it and figured it out so just wanted to share um so basically this is the first tip that it comes with and i was afraid that i was gonna pull this and break it but really all you need to do is you see this crease here you sort of pull just just straight like that and youll see it really is only attached through these little grooves in here which match up to these grooves and this ball bearing and so what youre looking for when you add another attachment on is that inside here there are these little grooves that line up with this notch and this ball and you can just pop it back on ill show you how it works with like another attachment so pull that off it takes a little bit of force but dont be afraid to break it um just keep your arm straight and then in
