You can cancel time-off requests that have already been approved by your manager or are still unapproved. navigate to My Time Timesheet Timesheet. want to cancel.
Click Next to navigate to the Approve Timecards chevron. Select one or more employees for whose timecards you want to remove the approval. Click Approval and select Remove Timecard Approval. Click Yes to remove the approval. Access and update the employees timecards and then approve the employees timecards.
The cancellation is initiated by the employee from their My Time Away screen. A request to cancel the time away is then sent to the manager for approval. The request status appears as Cancellation Pending. To cancel the time away request, select Approve when the request is in a Cancellation Pending status.
