To create a management group, subscription, or resource group, sign in to the Azure portal. To create a management group to help you manage multiple subscriptions, go to Management groups and select Create. To create a subscription to associate users with resources, go to Subscriptions and select Add.

Canceling a sponsorship Under GitHub Sponsors, next to the sponsored account, click your current tier amount, then click Cancel sponsorship. Review the alert about canceling your sponsorship, then click OK.
Browse to the resource group in the Azure portal where the Azure Arc-enabled data services resources have been created. Select all the resources to be deleted. Click on the Delete button. Confirm the deletion by typing yes and click Delete.
