Click the Advanced Settings Gear in the assessment. Go to the Advanced tab. Click Remove All Student Responses.
Select the cells where you want to delete checkboxes and drop-downs (all of them at once or select particular cells while pressing Ctrl). Go to Data Data validation in the Google Sheets menu. This will get rid of all drop-downs first. Then press Delete to clear away the remaining checkboxes from the same selection.
Choice Eliminator will eliminate options from a multiple-choice, list, or checkbox type of question. Choice Eliminator is designed for light use only, and may be unreliable when multiple people are taking the form at the same time. Use Dropdown type of questions instead of multiple choice for better reliability.
Locate the edit button at the top right and click on it. The assessment is set up to has five multiple choice questions, no materials attached, and needs its title altered. Change the title. Take up the words copy of from sample assessment so the title reads Sample Assessment #2.
After you login to Illuminate, click View Assessments on the Tile Dashboard. Click on the Name of the assessment you are interested in. In this case, well be viewing a demo assessment with simulated student responses. This will bring you to the Overview screen of the selected assessment.
From within an Assessment Select the Advanced tab. Select Delete Assessment.
To delete data for a single class, use the Student Responses report.Delete Data for All Students Click the Advanced Settings Gear in the assessment. Go to the Advanced tab. Click Remove All Student Responses.
Delete individual responses Open a form in Google Forms. At the top left under Responses, click Individual. Click Previous or Next. to find the response you want to delete. Click Delete. OK.
