Answer: From the Raisers Edge bar, select Records. Click the Appeals link. Open the appeal you want to delete. Select File, Delete from the menu bar or click Delete in the toolbar. A verification message appears. Click Yes to delete the appeal and return to the Appeals page.
From a list of constituents, select Add opportunity from the constituents menu . From a list of opportunities, select Add opportunity and search for the constituent to add the opportunity to. From the constituents record, select Add opportunity under Opportunities or on their full list of opportunities.
Answer: Create a gift. In the Gift type field, select Pledge. Open the Pledge Installment Schedule screen: Enter the appropriate frequency, the number of installments, and the starting on date. When trying to delete a specific record in The Raisers Edge, the Delete button is grayed out. This can occur when the user does not have the appropriate security rights to delete the record. This can occur with any type of records - constituent, gift, relationship, action, campaign, fund, appeals, etc.
Actions track the interactions and tasks required to cultivate relationships with and secure gifts from constituents. For example, you can record a conversation with a constituent and add another interaction to further the relationship.
Add or change solicit codes globally From Administration, click Global changes. Click Add. Under Constituent, select Add constituent solicit code. Click OK. In the Name field, enter a name to identify this global change process.
​Go to Constituents Constituent Search. Search for and select the constituent you want to delete. Under Tasks, click Delete. Note: Once you delete a constituent, it cannot be undone and there is no way to retrieve the constituent information.
Event Registration Form (Classic): Scroll to the section where The Raisers Edge events are listed. Select the event to remove from the drop down list. Allow the page to refresh. Click the remove button next to the event.
