1. Locate the medication order sentence on the MAR. 2. Right click on the order and select reschedule admin times.
On the MAR page, click on the Switch to Detail Mode link. Click on the cell you would like to delete to open the MAR Detail Data form. Enter the required information and select Deleted from the Record Type dropdown field. Once you are done, click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Discontinuing a Medication Choose Epic Patient Care Refill Medication. Epic will list patients current medications, next to which there is a Discontinue button. Click on Discontinue for the medication you wish to discontinue.
Select the resident to put the med on hold. Scroll down the page to the Mars to be held section and then verify all the MARs to be held by individually. Unsigned encounters can be deleted from the Actions menu of the Encounter you wish to delete. Signed encounters can only have an addendum added and cannot be deleted.
