okay so had an inspection this morning and you might wonder why that even matters and its because we werent supposed to get this house under contract i represent buyers on this deal we went in it was multiple offer and i dont know how many offers there were we put in a strong offer but my clients didnt feel comfortable above listing prices like great lets go in at listing price lets do everything we can on the contract to make it look really good um and leave it at listing price well unfortunately we didnt get the offer executed they accepted another offer that was higher than ours it was better for the sellers which i dont believe however then i docHub out to the to the agent um once you told us they didnt accept ours i said would your clients with the sellers be interested in a backup offer she says yeah i think they would great talk to my client yep lets put in a backup worked on a backup send it in anyways the sellers didnt accept it for some reason they didnt want to do
