Signature blocks often contain the name of the party, the names and titles of people (either entities or human beings) signing on behalf of that party, and contact information for that party.

How to add a signature field to a PDF Open your PDF form in docHub, choose Prepare Form mode. Click on the Signature Field and drag it to the designated place in your form. Save changes to the PDF form.
Deleting an agreement Navigate to the Documents tab. Select the filter in the left rail that contains the agreement to be deleted. Select the individual agreement you want to delete to open the Actions list in the right rail. Select Delete from the Actions list.
If you have business level account, you can disable the Audit report by going to Account tab-Account settings-Global Settings and then uncheck Attach audit report to signed copy.
