Trim is not available in all browsers. To use Trim, please use one of these browsers: Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Google Chrome on Windows 7 or higher, or on Mac OS 10.10 or higher.
Manage a Teams Advanced Settings You can access more advanced options for a team in the teams Settings tab. Click a teams More Options button. Select Manage team. Click the Settings tab.
Open Teams go to the meeting recording in the chat history and click More options button () Open in Microsoft Stream. On the Microsoft Stream portal, click More options button () Edit.
If the file you shared to a chat came from your cloud storage (like OneDrive), you can delete the file from the Files list. Open Files on the left side of Teams. Under Cloud storage, select the cloud service where you originally saved the file. Select More options. next to the file and then select Delete.
You can trim uploaded videos, Microsoft Teams meeting recordings, and live events. In the video you want to trim, select More options . Select Trim video. Set the trim points by dragging the trim handles. You can select any point in the video reel and play to see where you want to trim.
Recording owners (either the person who started the recording, or any additional owners named by that person) are the only people who can delete recordings.
You can trim uploaded videos, Microsoft Teams meeting recordings, and live events. In the video you want to trim, select More options . Select Trim video. Set the trim points by dragging the trim handles. You can select any point in the video reel and play to see where you want to trim.
Teams meeting recordings must be deleted from SharePoint (if it was a Channel Meeting) or OneDrive (if it was a Standard Meeting). Whilst you can view a recording from within the meeting invite in the Teams calendar, you cannot delete the recording from there.
For non-channel meetings (chat meetings or non-channel meetings), the recording will be stored in the Recordings folder in the OneDrive directory of the person who started the recording. Note: Only the organizer of the meeting and the person who started the recording will be able to edit the recording.
Go to Teams Settings Member Permissions to switch, edit, or delete options on or off.
