hello everyone in this video were going to see how we can create a simple time of request so lets get started to access your time of request page you will have to navigate to my calendar so you can simply drag and drop click on time of request and here you will get the time of request window where you can select your start date end date vacation or whatever type of time of request that you want to submit and the unit so if your unit is hours you can also select the hour so that you can enter your start time and the daily amount total so im going to select a start date lets say im going to select uh somewhere next week 18th and the end date by default sets up to the date but if you want to have consecutive days applied like 18 to 19 you can do so you can select your pay code from the drop down and if your approvals are based in hours or days you can select accordingly so im going to just select full day at the bottom of this page you can also see that how much accrual balance do

You can cancel any time off request you have submitted that has not already been canceled or denied. From the Time Attendance menu, select My Attendance. Click the request number (in the left-most column) of the request you want to cancel. Click the Cancel Request button. In the confirmation window, click OK.

If changes (dates, times, leave types) need to be made, the time off request must be cancelled. Employees can cancel their own time off requests; supervisors should only cancel the request if the employee is unable to complete the cancellation.

MyTime From the Time Off Review Summary page, click on the Time Off Request History tab to find the time off request that needs to be cancelled: On the Time Off Review Summary page, select Cancel Request: Enter comments for the employee then click Cancel Request:
From any page: Click on the Employee name from the Employee List page or most pages to open the Employee Details window. Click the TIME OFF tab. Click the ADD/Delete Time Off link.
When you click on the Approved button, a message is displayed indicating the date and time on which you approved the employees time card. In the event you approved a time card and realize you need to make one more edit. Click the down arrow and an option to Remove your Approval is displayed.
ADJUSTING or CANCELING TIME OFF REQUESTS Go to: MYSELF TIME OFF List of Requests. It will pull up the last month to current date as the default. If you need to edit a request that is in the future, just change your dates. You can choose between Pending, Approved, Denied or Canceled Requests.
Select the applicable status to view the request: Pending / Approved / Cancelled. Click the trash can icon on the right and click Cancel. NOTE: You are only able to cancel requests in pending or approved status. Click YES, CANCEL to confirm that you want to cancel your time off request.
