- Enter the email address of the recipient in the search bar. That will open all the documents for that particular recipient. - Select the document from the list that needs to be deleted. - Click on the trash icon provided at the extreme right-hand side of the document.
Solution Sign in to your docHub Privacy Admin account. Navigate to the Privacy interface: Account Privacy. Search for the email address of the Sender of the agreement. Scroll through the agreements that are returned and find the one you want to delete. Single click the agreement to select it.
The Signer of document can decline it by clicking alternate action and select I will not sign this document and can provide reason to decline.
All other changes Log in to docHub. Go to the Manage tab. In the Status column (left-side of the screen), locate the agreement that you wish to void within the In Progress or Waiting on You sections. Click on the agreement, and in the Actions section (right-side of screen), click the Cancel link.
View agreements and templates To view all your agreements and templates, click Documents All agreements. You can further filter your agreements by status, such as In Progress, Waiting For You, Completed, Templates, and more. To view additional filters, click See More.
Select the agreement you want to cancel, and click the Cancel link in the right rail. Provide a reason for canceling the agreement if desired. Optionally notify the participants of the agreement. All of them. Click Cancel Agreement.

Unfortunately, there is no way to delete/cancel documents in bulk. Each agreement can only be canceled or deleted one at a time.
In the US, all websites are required to have both a toll-free number and an online process to request account deletion or personal information erasure. As noted earlier, sites dont have to comply with the account deletion request, but they do have to at least anonymize or de-identify your information in that account.
