these days a trademark application is taking about nine months in the queue just to get to the examineramp;#39;s initial examination and overall I would say the application will take about a year or two to register there are a lot of variables after the initial examination such as what um The Examiner finds if thereamp;#39;s substantive issues or other issues to address how fast the applicant responds also if the applicant is a U.S entity then the Mark needs to be in good in use
