Google Docs does not offer a built-in dark mode on a computer. However, you can enable dark mode with a third-party extension. The instructions below apply to Google Docs in the Chrome web browser.
To enable Dark Mode on Google Docs, youll need to a Chrome extension that adds the feature to your Google Docs interface. Simply click on the extension icon, toggle the switch to turn on Dark Mode, and enjoy working in a more comfortable environment.
Choose a theme for Search pages On your computer, do a search on google.com. If you want the same Search settings across desktop browsers, sign in to your Google Account. At the top left, click Settings. On the left, click Appearance. Choose Device default, Dark theme, or Light theme. At the bottom, click Save.
To set up Android dark mode: Go to Settings, then Accessibility, and then the Display screen. Click on for the Dark theme to apply it or Use color inversion to apply it.
