hello and welcome to pictorial planet and happy new year happy 2022. weamp;#39;re kicking off this year with a tip about easels now hereamp;#39;s my easel that i use all the time underneath my enlarger and notice i have a problem and that is that my images are always created in the top left hand corner of this easel so what happens is if i need to move the easel to the right because iamp;#39;m cropping the right hand side of my negative it falls off and that creates a problem for me itamp;#39;s moving around itamp;#39;s no longer level iamp;#39;ve got a problem how do i overcome that well the tip is to use a piece of perspex or glass underneath your easel letamp;#39;s have a look how that works so iamp;#39;ll just place this piece of old greenhouse glass here and iamp;#39;ve sanded the edges so itamp;#39;s not sharp remember to do that with your glass and i put my easel on the glass like so and now i can move my easel right across the whole size of the baseboard and it wonam
