You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wonamp;#39;t be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someoneamp;#39;s finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todayamp;#39;s tutorial. Itamp;#39;s kind of like an docHub PDF form, but itamp;#39;s Microsoftamp;#39;s version of it. Iamp;#39;ve included sample files today if you want to follow along, otherwise letamp;#39;s jump on the PC and letamp;#39;s get started. Here I am in Microsoft Word and to be able to do this first you need a Word document that you want to transform into a form. Here I

Go to File Account Office Theme. Open the drop-down menu and select Black. Alternatively, you can select Use system setting, which will automatically switch your Office theme based on your Windows theme.
Open Microsoft Word and go to the Design tab at the top. Here you can find the Page Color option. Click it for a drop-down menu with colors. Select No Color to remove any existing background color and go back to white.
If you have your operating system or browser set to Dark Mode, Word for the web will use Dark Mode by default. To turn it off, select View Dark Mode, or change the background color to white using the Switch Background button.
Since Microsoft Word has a built-in dark and light mode, if your document appears black, chances are that youre stuck in Dark Mode.
