GitHub remains one of the most reliable repository website for code, but we can also utilize its storage capability to host images for our website. The easiest way is simply to upload/push image files to your GitHub repo and get the link from the web.
Adding Images to a GitHub Wiki Page Add images to an images directory (or subdirectory below it) in your wiki repo. In wiki page markup embed an image with this link format: [[/images/path/to/image.ext|ALT TEXT]] Note the leading / in the path.
Smartly paste in Markdown by pressing Ctrl+Alt+V (Cmd+Alt+V on Mac) or Markdown Paste command. If you paste an image, the extension will create an new file for the image and insert link code to Markdown. If you paste a text, it will test the text with customize regex, and replace matched content by regex.
