in this tutorial we will learn how to add background color pattern setting to page so letamp;#39;s start for adding background color or pattern go to page layout tab and in the page background group you will see a page color command simply click here and you will notice that a menu will appear in your uh document here here you have many colors so just hover the color which one you want to insert in your document and click on it like I am I want to this color so just Iamp;#39;m clicking here and you can see that I have a background color on my pages similarly you can insert uh more colors from here like uh select this color or your standard custom is okay okay similarly you can choose F effect F effect has four tabs first first one is gent uh then texture pattern picture so grent you can choose like one color or two color you can choose your colors from here like I mixing these colors okay you can choose your setting style and click okay so you can see that uh I have a nice background

You can change the color of text in your Word document. Select the text that you want to change. On the Home tab, in the Font group, choose the arrow next to Font Color, and then select a color.
Apply shading to words or paragraphs Select the word or paragraph that you want to apply shading to. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the arrow next to Shading. Under Theme Colors, click the color that you want to use to shade your selection.
Change the shadow color Go to Shape Format or Drawing Tools Format, select Text Effects. Select Shadow Shadow Options. Select Color, and pick the color for the shadow.
In the Styles group on the Home tab, right-click the style you want to change and select Modify from the drop-down menu. A dialog box will appear. Make the desired formatting changes, such as font style, size, and color. If you want, you can also change the name of the style.
Select the text with the gray highlight and click the arrow next to the Clear Formatting button in the Font section of the Home tab. Then, choose Clear All Formatting and the gray highlight will be gone.
Select the shape or text box. On the Drawing Tools Format tab, click Shape Fill More Fill Colors. In the Colors box, either click the color you want on the Standard tab, or mix your own color on the Custom tab. Custom colors and colors on the Standard tab arent updated if you later change the document theme.
