How to open a data set that exceeds Excels grid limits Open a blank workbook in Excel. On the Data tab select From Text/CSV in the Get Transform Data group. Find the file and select Import. In the preview dialog box, select the Load To and choose PivotTable Report.
Then, before doing a Save As to your CSV format, try formatting the column with a custom format, and in the box for the pattern just type # . This will force Excel to see it as a number, however many digits long, without trying to do something else with it like 4.52364E+14 when you actually save it to CSV.
The primary color-coding system is the sub-calendars, which can be used to group people, resources, spaces, jobs, etc. Calendar administrators can create and manage sub-calendars through the calendar settings; you can also quickly create a color-coded sub-calendar structure by importing a CSV template.
To preserve all the digits in text-formatted numbers, you have to import the downloaded CSV file as raw data into a new Excel spreadsheet, set the column datatypes as needed, and then save the new file as an Excel workbook. Excel (XLSX) files will preserve these formats, CSV files wont.
Use Ctrl+A to select all columns and then, from the Data Type dropdown in the middle top of the window, select Text from the drop down menu.
Workaround Right-click target cell, and then click Format Cells. On the Number tab, select Text, and then click OK. Then type a long number. ( Be sure to set the cell format before you type the number) If you dont want to see the warning arrows, click the small arrow, and then click Ignore Error.
