hello everyone how are you doing this is MD - thank you another quick tutorial today Iamp;#39;m going to show you guys how to change author information on your Microsoft Word document so if youamp;#39;re noticing if you go underneath the file tab that thereamp;#39;s an author listed here and you want to either delete the existing author and changes to someone else this is where it will be for you so itamp;#39;s gonna be pretty straightforward and all you have to do is just left click on add an author button right here will give you the option to add an author so Iamp;#39;m going to just come up with a name here which say Steve and then Iamp;#39;m gonna hit enter you might have to create a new content here so just click on new content and then just type in C if you donamp;#39;t give that much information we donamp;#39;t want to and you can see that a new author has been created now once youamp;#39;ve created one author you can get rid of another one so if I right click

Open your Word file, select the text you want to redact, and click the arrow next to the Highlight icon, then choose black color. This action will camouflage the content with the shading. Hint: If the text is of a color other than black, you should use a similar color, so it is not visible.
Text redaction includes blacking out, blurring out, deleting, or other means of hiding text in a document. Blacking out text is just one method of redacting text to hide sensitive information.
Go to Settings Masking. Under Masking mode, select a masking mode. Strict: The entire text is masked. Balanced: Only sensitive text is masked.
How Do You Redact In Word Document Open the word document that you want to redact. Select the text that you want to redact. Go to the Review tab in the ribbon. In the Protect group, click the Restrict Editing button. In the Restrict Formatting and Editing pane, click the Start Enforcing Protection button.
Click on the small arrow at the bottom right of the Font group to bring up the Font dialog box, and then go to the Font Color drop-down menu. Here, you will see the theme colors palette, and you can select dark red, accent 1, darker 25% by positioning your cursor on the 5th column and 5th row of the palette.
You can change the color of text in your Word document. Select the text that you want to change. On the Home tab, in the Font group, choose the arrow next to Font Color, and then select a color. You can also use the formatting options on the Mini toolbar to quickly format text.
Select the text you want to redact by highlighting it. Right-click on the selected text and choose Font from the drop-down menu. In the Font dialog box, check the box next to Hidden under the Effects section. Click on the OK button to apply the redaction.
