On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. If you dont see the watermark, click View Print Layout.
Heres how: Open Word and click on the Design tab. In the Page Background section, hit Watermark. A dropdown menu will appear with pre-designed watermarks choose the one that suits you best or click Custom Watermark for more options. If you pick a custom one, a dialog box will open.

Use a custom watermark On the Design tab, select Watermark Custom Watermark. Choose Picture Watermark and select a picture, or choose Text watermark and type your watermark text in the Text box. Click OK.

Filtering Data Select the range that you want to work with. Select Data Filter Standard Filter from the menu. Fill in the data field names on which you want to base your filter by selecting them in the drop-down menu.
