all right so if you take a look at the monitor this is the composition that were roughing out so what I do first is I know that I want this to be a two-page spread both in my portfolio and on the website I always print my portfolio at eleven by fourteen fourteen being the highest so weve set a crop to 22 by 14 so its a double page and we basically just kind of started to rough this out so I know that I want my bottle and my glass to be just off-center and the right kind of taking up the right side of the frame and were going to have these oranges kind of splashing through the water coming through this direction the Plexiglas you can see is its almost not even there its really faint and its just reflecting the gradation on the background the gradation is going to be one of the most interesting pieces of this entire composition its also going to be the hardest thing that we have to do it is going to create a nightmare for us in retouching because as these oranges are kind of come

Ideally, you want to avoid storing wine in a place that gets direct rays, or much light at all. In general, wine lasts the longest when stored in a cool, dry place with a consistent temperature.
Over time, direct sunlight and other forms of incandescent light including fluorescent bulbs can actually change the way wine tastes. Basically, UV rays react with the phenolic compounds in wine, creating sulphurous compounds which smell and taste in a word awful.
Whether youre storing it for months, weeks, or days, keep your wine in the dark as much as possible. UV rays from direct sunlight can damage wines flavors and aromas. You should also keep wines away from sources of vibration, such as your washer and dryer, exercise area, or stereo system.
Direct sunlight and electric fluorescent and UV lighting (in your wine cellar, for example) can all cause wine faults.
Did you know that direct sunlight exposure can change a wonderful bottle of wine to nasty swill? This unfortunate phenomenon is light strike. Light strike occurs when the suns ultraviolet (UV) rays flood the bottle. This excites the wines naturally occurring riboflavin (Vitamin B2) and pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5).
Avoid the sun If your bottles sit on a bar cart, make sure theyre out of direct sunlight. While UV rays wont spoil liquor, extended exposure to the sun has a similar effect to storing at high temperatures (speeding up the oxidation process).
If you ferment and age your homebrew in glass, be careful to avoid exposure to sunlight, as well as LED and fluorescent bulbs. You should also minimize exposure to incandescent and halogen lights, but these lights do not cause most beers to go skunky.
Light can rearrange a wines chemical compoundsjust like oxygen and temperatureand cause wine faults. The resulting wine is known as light-struck. That means the wine is prematurely aged and its taste, aroma, color, and mouthfeel have been irreparably changed for the worse.
Good for you! In general, its important to protect your wine from exposure to ultraviolet light. Its particularly important when fermenting your wine in a clear glass carboy, because the light can harm the yeasts and interfere with your fermentation.
A little indirect light shouldnt hurt, but if the bottles are going to be sitting directly in the sunlight at any point of the day, then Id recommend finding another spot. Ideally, your wine storage would keep your wines cool, and away from light, heat, vibration and temperature fluctuation.
