hi micro punter here this here is a dark field patch stop filter for microscope and today I want to optimize this filter and Iamp;#39;m gonna be using some 3d printing to try out different sizes and dimensions to find the optimum one before I do that I wants to give you a short introduction into what dark field is in the first place for those of you who donamp;#39;t know and Iamp;#39;m also gonna explain you a little bit of the theory concerning how the size here determines the quality of the image and then later on Iamp;#39;ll be optimizing the filter here so first of all a dark field patch stop is one of the easiest modifications that you can do to a microscope and I think every microscope owner should have one of those if you donamp;#39;t have this you can easily make them yourselves these are using a cardboard or using some black plastic or so and I made another video that explains a different methods the link to this video is below but today I want to try yet a different meth
