Create a new theme color On the Design tab, click the arrow under Variants, and point to Colors. Click Customize Colors. Click a color box that you want to change. Click a new color in the Colors dialog box. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each color you want to change. Close the Colors dialog box.
Open PowerPoint and click on the File menu at the top left corner. Click on Account and then select Use System Settings from the Office Theme dropdown menu. This will apply the dark mode to all Office applications, including PowerPoint, if dark has been chosen in as the default in Settings.
