hi this is ralph and in this video i want to go through some xhtml basics we want to make sure we know how to validate a page as strict xhtml 1.0 strict and then weamp;#39;ll use filezilla to publish to your server space okay so iamp;#39;ve got notepad plus plus already opened up here and in a previous video i created a blank xhtml1 template so iamp;#39;m going to go ahead and open that right now iamp;#39;m going to go and click on the open option and thereamp;#39;s my blank xh xhtml template which i saved and here it is so in an earlier video we made this blank page template has a doctype definition for xhtml 1.0 strict html tag with xml namespace heads head section head tags with title and several meta tags and then a body which is pretty much blank but i do have a headline in here now iamp;#39;m going to go ahead and click file save as so i donamp;#39;t mess up my template and iamp;#39;m going to call this page index.html whenever you go to a website thereamp;#39;s always o
