[Music] hi everyone and welcome to our latest soldering tutorial thanks for tuning in yeah as you can see were going to sort of cover trace damage on in this video ive got two different thicknesses of traces ive got two slightly thicker traces up here and two very sort of skinny traces sort of curled up in the air at the top of the top of your screen i used two different wires for the thicknesses so for the thicker ones i used sort of kind of wire which is a 30 gauge sleeve single core wire its a great pcb sort of modification and repair wire very common and uh up here im going to use sort of a very fine copper wire its enamel coated and thats to do these two thinner traces at the top end so when i do my what sort of trace repairs always try and match the width for the trace with the wire that im fitting just so your signal sort of run down it properly and ill always again ill always start with the clean up operation on so when im doing something like this just to get rid o
