I first gotten running when I tried out for my middle school track team I ended up not making it on the team but then a couple of weeks later I heard about cross-country tryouts and ended up making it stuck with cross country throughout pretty much my entire Middle School and High School career saved for my sophomore and my senior year and I also did track my junior year with running across country at first it was a way for me to say I still did something athletic and it stayed that way for first couple of the years but I think with each year they went by that I was on the team I slowly developed more of a love for the action of running I run now kind of for the same reasons that I developed a love for running um itamp;#39;s really a form of escapism for me the healthiest that I can find really because it when um itamp;#39;s so easy for me to get caught up with the day-to-day stressfulness of life and the worries that that brings but when I run I mean I donamp;#39;t have the chance
