So the first step over here is we need to create a new document. So for that go to file and then select new Option after that set the height and weight accordingly or else you can set it as follows. And then click on okay. After that create a duplicate of this background layer by pressing Ctrl + J and then hide the original background layer by clicking on this eye icon. Now we need to give the paper effect to this background and fill it with the color so for that.
