To anchor a row: If you want to only anchor a row, you can press the F4 key twice after clicking on a cell. For example, if you click on the A1 cell and press F4 twice, it changes to A$1. To anchor a column: If you want to only anchor a column, you can press the F4 key three times after clicking on a cell.
On the Page Layout tab of the ribbon, click the arrow in the lower right corner of the Page Setup group. Activate the Sheet tab of the Page Setup dialog. Has a range been entered in the Print Area box? If so, clear that box, then click OK.
Select the cells you want to prevent cell from spilling over and right click, then select Format Cells from the context menu. In the Format Cells dialog, click Alignment tab, then select Fill in the drop down list of Horizontal. Click OK. Now the data in the selected cells will never spill over.
Fix data that is cut off in cells Select the cells. On the Home tab, click Wrap Text. The text in the selected cell wraps to fit the column width. When you change the column width, text wrapping adjusts automatically. Note: If all wrapped text is not visible, it might be because the row is set to a specific height.
The problem is that the width of the columns in your page is not enough, so not all text cant be included in the page, so you will see the text cut off when you print to PDF. You can increase the width of a random column, and this problem does not exist. Beware of Scammers posting Support Numbers here.

Wrap text automatically On the Home tab, in the Alignment group, click Wrap Text. (On Excel for desktop, you can also select the cell, and then press Alt + H + W.) Notes: Data in the cell wraps to fit the column width, so if you change the column width, data wrapping adjusts automatically.
Try it! Select the cell or column that contains the text you want to split. Select Data Text to Columns. In the Convert Text to Columns Wizard, select Delimited Next. Select the Delimiters for your data. Select Next. Select the Destination in your worksheet which is where you want the split data to appear.
