so what we have is we have a lovely young lady and she had a cyst on her back which was small for about uh a few years right 2020 right and then what happened was that she um about three weeks ago suddenly enlarged and got very very big and she went to a doctor and he gave antibiotics and nothing really changed so the question is why nothing changed if she gave her antibiotic the answer is when you have a cyst that is that big the antibiotic cannot docHub the center of it number one number two the inflammation is a result of an immune reaction so the bacterium may be a secondary issue as opposed to the primary reason why itamp;#39;s so huge and inflamed and tender and therefore if you want to bring the inflammation down you need to use some kind of a steroid so i take an oral steroid or you put an intra lesion meaning injection into the area steroid the problem with the steroid is that while it brings down the inflammation it can also lead to a depression hollowing of that area number
