This happens because Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail scale images using the DPI value. To fix this, you will need to use an image processing tool such as Photoshop to change the images DPI setting.
To resolve this issue: Click the outer blue line. From the right-hand side, Properties pane, you will see that the Font section is expanded, and by default, the Font Size is set to 11 pt. Example: We recommend: Set a Line Height value on the signature 2pts larger than the font size used.
In Outlook, go to File, Options, Mail, and then Signatures. Under Choose default signature, set the appropriate signature for Replies/forwards. This ensures your signature is automatically added to all outgoing messages, including replies and forwards.
Reason. This issue typically occurs when replying to emails. The mail client adds its own line-height value to the email signature, causing it to display with double-line spaces.
If your signature contains images or formatting, you need to use HTML format for your emails. To change the message format, go to File Options Mail Compose messages. Under Compose messages in this format, choose HTML from the drop-down box. Click OK to save your changes.
