hi my name is Alex cilio and Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to cut off elements hanging off of the artboard in illustrator so here Iamp;#39;ve got my image and I decide that I want to trim this image so that as you can see these pieces are hanging over my shape my my artboard so the first thing Iamp;#39;m going to do is Iamp;#39;m going to select just a the rectangular tool which is right next to the line tool and Iamp;#39;m going to draw a rectangle over the entire artboard and then Iamp;#39;m going to select the selection tool and then Iamp;#39;m going select everything and then Iamp;#39;m going to right click and say make clipping mask and there you go my name is Alex and this is how you trim things off of the artboard in illustrator thank you
