Shrink a worksheet to fit on one page Go to Page Layout Dialog Box Launcher on the bottom right. In the Page Setup dialog box, select the Page tab. Under Scaling, select Fitto. To fit your document to print on one page, choose 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall in the Fit to boxes. Select OK.
Print a sheet to fit the page width On the Page Layout tab, select Page Setup. On the Page tab, select the Fit To check box. In the Page wide by box, enter 1 (for one-page wide). In the Tall box, enter 0 so that the number of pages tall is unspecified. On the File menu, click Print.
Sometimes, incorrect margins can cause printing issues. Click on Layout in the Page Setup group and adjust the bottom margin to ensure it accommodates the entire content of your document2. Its also important to ensure consistent paper size.
How to set the print area in Excel Select the part of the worksheet that you want to print. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Print Area Set Print Area.
Check print range and settings: Make sure the print range is properly set in Excel. Select the desired cells or range that you want to print, then go to the Page Layout tab and check the print settings such as orientation, margins, and scaling. Adjust them as needed.
